    We’re working with a well-funded SaaS scale-up that’s growing quickly across multiple markets and hiring an Account Manager to own post-sale relationships and drive account growth.


    The Role

    Manage a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise clients
    Own post-onboarding relationships and act as the main point of contact
    Drive expansion across users, products, and geographies
    Build account plans, forecasts, and run regular QBRs
    Spot risks and opportunities early and work cross-functionally to resolve them
    Feed customer insight back into Product and Leadership teams


    About You

    2+ years in Account Management / Customer Success within SaaS
    Comfortable working with senior stakeholders
    Commercially minded and organised
    Thrive in fast-growing, scale-up environments
