    We’re partnering with a fast-growing tech startup that’s building their go-to-market team — and this is your chance to join as a Founding BDR.

    This role will require 3/4 days on site in their Dublin City Centre offices!

    If you’re ambitious, driven, and want to help shape the future of a growing SaaS business, this role gives you the platform to do exactly that. You’ll work side by side with the founders and senior leadership while developing your career into an Account Executive position.

    What you’ll be doing:

    Prospect and qualify new business opportunities
    Run cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
    Book discovery calls for the sales team
    Help refine and improve outbound processes
    What you’ll need:

    6–18 months of outbound BDR/SDR experience
    Proven track record of exceeding targets
    Confident communicator with strong hunter mentality
    Startup mindset – proactive, curious, and eager to learn
