    Join a seed-funded New York startup at the moment when the first engineering decisions matter most. As Head of Engineering, you will lead delivery, stay close to the code and build the team and practices needed for the next stage.

    You will shape architecture, turn product priorities into a clear roadmap, hire excellent engineers and create a culture of ownership and pace. You will work directly with founders and customers, remove blockers quickly and make pragmatic choices without compromising the foundations of a secure, reliable product.

    This role suits a hands-on engineering leader who can switch between strategy, people and execution. You will have broad influence and the chance to build something important from an early stage.

    Salary, equity, package and working pattern: TBC.
