    M&E Quantity Surveyor – Dublin (Hybrid)

    We’re partnering with a leading EPC company in Dublin that is growing its commercial team and looking for a solid QS to jump in and take ownership of a mix of commercial and technical projects.


    What you’ll be doing



    Managing full M&E cost plans, budgets and estimates
    Running tendering, procurement and contractor negotiations
    Tracking costs, variations and change control
    Working closely with project managers, design teams and clients
    Supporting commercial reporting and helping keep projects on time and on budget


    What they’re after



    Strong experience in M&E quantity surveying
    Good understanding of building services, drawings and technical docs
    Confident communicator who’s comfortable leading on commercial decisions
    Degree qualified or equivalent experience
